How will I know which internet plan is suitable for me?

Light Usage (Browsing, Email): Basic broadband plans (10-25 Mbps) may suffice.

Moderate Usage (Streaming, Social Media): Mid-range plans (25-50 Mbps) are recommended.

Heavy Usage (Gaming, 4K Streaming, Multiple Users): High-speed plans (50 Mbps or more) are essential, fiber optic is often the best choice.

Businesses: Will often require dedicated fiber connections, and higher upload speeds than residential customers, and a SLA.

Does Wandall Technologies cover installation fees & services?

Yes, we do cover installation fees and services for apartments that we are entirely the only internet providers. Although for those separate from that charges may apply otherwise.

Is customer service available 24/7?

Yes, customer service is available 24/7 for all our customers with both Home and Business Internet Plans.

NOTE: An added advantage applies to highrise apartments whereby we deploy a technician specifically for the complex apartments to overlook internet suitability due to the large numbers.
